Fourth International Conference on Mathematical Eidgenossische Technische Hochschule Zurich (Honggerberg Monday,
Campus), Zurich, Switzerland
Call for Papers: The Fourth International Conference on Mathematical Modelling An Interdisciplinary Integrative Forum for Researchers and Educators in Engineering, Biological, Medical, Environmental, Social and other sciences will be held at the Eidgenossische Technische Hochschule Zurich (Honggerberg Campus). Several distinguished authors engaged in the mathematical modelling activity are expected to present general lectures and invited papers. Authors are invited to submit contnbuted papers in three categories: (1) full length papers (20 minutes presentation), (2) short reports (10 minutes presentation), and (3) papers for postersessions. Papers on all aspects of mathematical modelling including analytical, computer, and statistical aspects, emphasizing the mechanics and methodology, are solicited. Since simulation is complementary to the development of mathematical modelling, simulation aspects may also be included. Topics: Engineering Systems; Resources, Energy and Interaction with Economy; Biomedical Systems; Socio Economic Problems; Operations Research, Parameter Estimation, System Identitication, and Modelling Theory; Model Validations and Curricula Development in Mathematical Modelling. How to Submit: Full length papers require abstracts about 500 words in length and others up to 200 words. Authors are urged to specify the topic and category to which they are submitting their papers. The abstracts must be typed in single space on an 84” x 11” (21Scm x 28cm) plain paper with 1” (2Scm) margin on all four sides. The title must be in capital letters followed by author’s name(s), affiliation and full address. Send two copies of abstracts and inquiries for further details to: Professor X.J.R. Avula, Co-Chairman Fourth International Conference on Mathematical Modelling University of Missouri-Rolla, School of Engineering Rolla, Missouri 65401, USA. Telephone
